The way to the Air New Zealand’s Regional Lounge

Even if the booking class from Queenstown to Auckland (or domestic flight) is Economy, you are entitled to use their Lounge if you are going to depart from Auckland Airport with Business Class on the same day. I was to fly from Auckland to Shanghai with Business Premier at night, so I could enter the Regional Lounge at Queenstown in the morning. It was renovated in 2017 (capacity expansion of 85%, they say) and was really nice, especially in that everything was kept clean and that inside of the lounge was not very crowded.

Kiwi style of English breakfast. The variety was enough and good, considering that this is a lounge for regional flights. By the way, Queenstown Airport is surrounded by the Southern Alps, whose landscape is truthfully beautiful. In fact, the airport is ranked among the world’s top 7 of the most scenic airports. Going down to it, you will be healed and impressed by the great nature that shows up in front of you.
